Centralized Command Centre (CCC)

The Centralized Command Centre (CCC) currently operated at our Headquarters office in Shah Alam, Selangor. The Centre is fully equipped with CCTV which linked to the GPS trackers of the Compactors and Armrolls (Rolls-On-Roll-Off) trucks. CCC runs by well- trained Personnel to handle complaints and enquiries on our services in domestic waste collection, bulk waste collection and public cleansing services. It was established in July 2016 with the objectives to:

• Monitor the turnaround time for all domestic waste collections, bulk waste collection and public cleansing services.
• Attend, compile, assess and review complaints on garbage collections from the public, stakeholders, etc.
• Analyse and summarize data on complaints received from complainants for submission to Municipalities.

CCC is one of the KDEBWM’s smart initiatives in managing waste.
