KDEB Waste Management ("KDEBWM") is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI)which was established with the objective to manage the domestic waste collection and public cleansing  services in Selangor.

In March 2016, KDEB Waste has been appointed as Project Management Company (“PMC”) to manage the domestic  waste collection and public cleansing service in  Selangor. KDEBWM is currently serving the followings  twelve (12) Municipalities :
 

1) Majlis Perbandaran Klang ("MPK")
2) Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (“MPS”)

3) Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya (“MPAJ”)

4) Majlis Perbandaran Kuala Langat (“MPKL”)

5) Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (“MPKj”)

6) Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (“MBPJ”)
7) Majlis Perbandaran Sepang ("MPSp")
8) Majlis Perbandaran  Hulu Selangor ("MPHS")
9) Majlis Daerah Sabak Bernam ("MDSB")
10) Majlis Perbandaran Kuala Selangor ("MPKS")
11) Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya ("MBSJ")
12) Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam ("MBSA")

Since 2019, KDEBWM has been entrusted to manage domestic waste collection and bulky waste at Industrial, Commercial and Institutions (ÏCI") as well as cleaning of public parks. KDEBWM is commited in implementing recycling initiatives and will be venturing other opportunities such as establishment of modern technology of disposal facilities. In a nutshell, as a Malaysia Smart Waste Management Company, KDEBWM has prepared to be a prominent national and global player in the waste industry.
