Representing the company, Puan Hajah Mahfuzah Muhammad Tarmidi, Assistant General Manager of Corporate Communications, delivered a thought-provoking session on “Embedding ESG Values into Corporate Culture: The Role of Corporate Communication in Driving Sustainable Human Capital.”

Puan Hajah shared how communication plays a pivotal role in turning ESG from policy into practice through clear internal messaging, ESG storytelling, employee engagement platforms, and culture-shaping initiatives like KDEBWM’s ESG Champions and community gotong-royong efforts.
