SOFT-LAUNCH ICLEAR SELANGOR APPS

KDEB Waste Management (KDEBWM) today launched the iClear Selangor smart application to facilitate KDEBWM's operations in monitoring the work of contractors and operations workers conducting domestic collection and public cleaning throughout Selangor involving 12 local authorities (PBTs) area.
 
iClear Selangor smart app can reduce paper usage in day-to-day operations in tandem with the company’s efforts to drive operational digitization.
 
KDEBWM Managing Director, Haji Ramli Mohd Tahir said, the target users of the iClear Selangor app are all KDEBWM contractors in 12 PBTs which their daily routine is to make daily reports of work in the field and then submit them to the PBTs.
 
“Now, work reports can be submitted more efficiently and paperlessly using the iClear Selangor smart app equipped with scheduling features, a camera and a Global Positioning System (GPS).
 
“Other features such as dashboards and data analysis further strengthen the company's overall operations to be at the optimum level," Haji Ramli explained.
 
Haji Ramli added, as a smart waste management company, KDEBWM is always exploring opportunities in the areas of sustainability, digital and the latest technology to improve the company's operations.
 
The iClear Selangor smart app will allow work to be done faster because the system can be accessed anywhere.
