KDEBWM' S PARTICIPATION IN CLEAN CITIES DEVELOPMENT FORUM 2024
21 November 2024
Our Managing Director of KDEB Waste Management (KDEBWM), YBhg. Dato' Haji Ramli Mohd Tahir, was given an opportunity as one of the Panelists at the Clean Cities and Urban Development Forum 2024.
During the insightful panel discussion, he shared his expertise on the crucial role of Waste-to-Energy (WTE) in enhancing both urban and rural sustainability especially in Selangor.
As Malaysia's Smart Waste Company, KDEBWM is committed to advancing cutting-edge waste management solutions. Through WTE technologies, we're not only tackling waste but also generating renewable energy to create a greener, more sustainable future for our communities.
By adopting smart technologies, waste management systems may become more efficient, more responsive, data-driven, and adaptive to the needs of modern cities. These technologies can enable real-time monitoring of waste disposal, optimize collection routes, and enhance recycling efforts.
As KDEBWM continues to lead Malaysia’s push toward a circular economy, the integration of WTE solutions, coupled with smart technologies and zero-waste principles, is a powerful tool in addressing the waste challenges of rapidly growing urban environments while ensuring a sustainable future.
