About CCC

The Centralized Command Centre (CCC) currently operated at 10th Floor Bangunan Affin Bank Shah Alam, Lot Presint 3.4, Persiaran Perbandaran, Seksyen 14, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The Centre is fully equipped with CCTV which linked to the GPS trackers of the lorries compactors and Armrolls (Rolls-On-Roll-Off) vehicles. CCC runs by four (4) well- trained Personnel to handle complaints. It was established in July 2016 with the objectives to :

• Monitor the turnaround time for all domestic waste collections, bulk waste collection and public cleansing services.
• Attend, compile, assess and review complaints on garbage collections from the public, stakeholders, PBTs etc.
• Analyse and summarize data on complaints received from complainants for submission to Municipalities.
